We want you to be satisfied with what you buy. This policy sets out clearly which services can be refunded and which cannot.
Refundable
Where we can refund, we do so to the original payment method.
- Hosting plans cancelled within 7 days of first purchase, where the account has not been heavily used
- Duplicate or clearly erroneous payments
- Services we were unable to deliver
Not refundable
Some costs are paid to third parties the moment your order is placed.
- Domain registrations, renewals and transfers, once submitted to the registry
- Paid SSL certificates once issued
- Website design work already delivered or in progress
- Lifetime hosting after the 7-day window
Requesting a refund
Open a support ticket or email sales@africaonehosting.co.ke with your invoice number and the reason. We review requests within 5 working days and approved refunds are processed within 14 days.
