By ordering any service from AFRICA ONE HOSTING you agree to these terms. They set out what we provide, what we expect from you and how disputes are handled.
Services and activation
Domain orders depend on real availability at the registry at the time of registration. Payment confirms your order but does not guarantee instant activation; .ke domains require registry and team approval.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate, lawful and complete information.
- Keep your contact and billing details up to date
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Do not host unlawful, infringing or abusive content
- Do not use our servers for spam, malware or resource abuse
Billing
Prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings unless stated otherwise. Services renew on their due date and lapse if not renewed. Invoices and receipts are available in your dashboard.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend a service for non-payment or for a breach of these terms, with notice wherever it is practical to give it.
Liability
We maintain backups and monitoring but you remain responsible for keeping your own copy of critical data. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service.
